This means that some orders may be shipped directly from our supplier, including from China.

Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Responsibility After Delivery

If the tracking information shows that the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@louarimilaan.com.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • failure to collect a parcel from a pickup point
