At LOUARI, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you would like to return an item, please read the policy below carefully before submitting a return request.

1. How Our Store Operates
LOUARI works with a direct-from-supplier fulfilment model. To reduce waste and avoid unnecessary overstock, some products are shipped directly from our supplier.
As a result, returned items must be sent to the return address provided by our supplier, which may be located outside your country, including China.
2. Return Request Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us at info@louarimilaan.com.
Please note:
- A return request can only be submitted after the item has been delivered
- Your request must include your order number
- You must provide a valid reason for the return
- Returns must be approved by us first before anything is sent back
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- A valid reason for the return is required
- The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must still be attached and included where applicable
- Items may be tried on, but must not be worn or used
- Sale items cannot be returned without a valid reason
- Orders placed with the intention of returning part of them, such as ordering multiple sizes for comparison, are not accepted
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and jewellery may not be returned unless they are unused, unopened, and in original condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility
All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
This includes:
- Return postage costs
- International shipping fees
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges
The customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking information. Without valid proof of shipment and tracking, we cannot guarantee that a return can be processed.
5. Alternative Solution Before Return
Because international returns can be expensive and time-consuming, LOUARI may offer a more convenient alternative solution before asking you to return the item.
Depending on the situation, this may include:
- a partial refund
- a discount
- another mutually agreed solution via email
Please always contact us first at info@louarimilaan.com before returning anything. In many cases, we may be able to help you without requiring an international return.
6. Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Items
If there is a problem with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged product, or an item with a clear fault, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@louarimilaan.com.
Your email must include:
- your order number
- a clear description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem
Without photos and a description, we may not be able to assess your claim or offer a return, replacement, or refund.
Once we receive your message, we will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
7. Refunds
Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and approved at the return address provided.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days after approval.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds are only issued for approved returns that meet our policy conditions
8. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
A refund or chargeback may not be requested before the item has been delivered and properly received.

9. Customer Responsibility and Delivery Information
LOUARI is not responsible for:
- packages marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer
- delays caused by incorrect address details submitted at checkout
- failed deliveries caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.
If you notice an address error, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@louarimilaan.com.
